EFT Cutoff Reminder

Pharmaceutical Manufacturers or Part D Sponsors wishing to change their CGDP banking information in advance of the next quarterly invoice distribution date of January 31, 2015, must fill out the EFT Online Form as soon as possible. This form can be located by going to www.tpadministrator.com – EFT Information- EFT Online Form (For Manufacturer Use Only) or EFT Online Form (For Sponsor Use Only). The completed form should be submitted online, and a printed copy provided to the TPA by express mail to ensure it is received by the deadline of January 10, 2015, in order to be processed in time for the EFT update which will be released on January 23, 2015. As a reminder, an updated calendar (which includes the EFT dates) can be located by going to www.tpadministrator.com – CGDP Calendar. The hard copy must be signed by the organization’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), or an individual designated to act in the CFO’s behalf. An electronic version will be automatically sent to the TPA and the PDF form will be generated for you to print, sign and return by mail to the TPA.
